We as a company (“FalixNodes Limited” hereinafter referred to as “FalixNodes” and “Falix”) will always maintain the highest possible data privacy for our customers, this Privacy Policy document tells you how Falix collects and maintains your data and how we use it.

The Privacy Policy applies only to our online services, valid only for users registered on our websites. This Privacy Policy does extend to any official services listed in this document, including: our website, applications and official non-monetary support services.

Collected Information
By registering on our site and accepting our terms, you agree to submit the following information when registering: e-mail address, IP address upon registration, IP address upon last login, country of entry, last time login date, and Discord user ID (when registering via the Discord service).
By concluding a payment on our services, you consent to submit the following information: bank card details, billing address, Company name (business only), VAT number (business only), country, first and last name. All this information will be used for payments using Stripe as the connection point between our services and you. This information will be stored by Stripe accordingly to Google’s Privacy Policy.
We follow a standard mode of collecting essential data, this information is stored as your IP addresses, User Agent, Internet Service Provider (ASN), country and time stamp. It will be used only for analysis, security purposes and control by Cloudfare. This information and few others are also handled by Google Analytics for mass identification of website visitors. This collected information will be handled accordingly to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Usage of your information
Our data collection can be used in different ways, including:
- Provide improvements to the structure of our websites.
- Development of products of interest to the users.
- Communication methods, also including our official support modality.
- Preventing fraud and false accusation of identity.
- Send e-mails for user confirmation, important announcements, security alerts, support and marketing if consent from user has been received.
Privacy Policy changes or updates
We have full right to update our User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy at any time. We will alert our users of any such changes by notifications within our services, or in our support Discord server. Any changes made to our policies will take effect on our services within 24 hours of being updated.
